En m\u00e1s 11 a\u00f1os de vida, la BICeB\u00e9 ha fortalecido sus relaciones en torno al dise\u00f1o y en resultado del desarrollo de la cultura y la econom\u00eda. Nos hemos convertido en un espacio imprescindible que une el desarrollo de las artes visuales bolivianas y latinoamericanas. Sin embargo nunca fue \u00e9ste nuestro \u00fanico objetivo.<\/p><\/blockquote>\n\n\n\n

Somos motor creativo<\/strong> y al serlo asumimos una responsabilidad vinculada a todos los profesionales que nos ha seguido y acompa\u00f1ado a trav\u00e9s del tiempo.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Dentro de los diferentes escenarios transitados, donde la Bienal del Cartel Bolivia BICeB\u00e9<\/strong> ha sido considerada y respetada desde su modelo de gesti\u00f3n y crecimiento, mas, no todo ha sido perfecto. Desde Noviembre del 2019 la bienal le ha hecho frente a situaciones impensables. Somos, quiz\u00e1s, la \u00fanica bienal en el mundo que ha sido golpeada en dos ocasiones seguidas por situaciones externas al evento, sin embargo estas situaciones impulsan la creaci\u00f3n de nuevos entornos, retos y proyecciones y nada ha estado m\u00e1s cierto que sentirnos m\u00e1s vivos durante este proceso.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

El recurso humano ha sido el m\u00e1s importante en este per\u00edodo. <\/strong>Hemos sido inundados de buenos deseos, comprensi\u00f3n, apoyo y consejos de maestros, dise\u00f1adores y estudiantes de Bolivia y todo el mundo. Todos comparten la misma opini\u00f3n sobre el valor en el trabajo que realizamos y juntos, hemos abierto una puerta en beneficio de todos quienes apoyan y siguen la bienal. Sin duda, somos tremendamente afortunados de transitar este camino con todos ustedes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

La BICeB\u00e9 ha sabido entender desde su inicio que nos debemos a los j\u00f3venes. \u00c9stos han crecido profesionalmente con nosotros y nada ha sido m\u00e1s gratificante que ser testigos de este proceso. Es por esta raz\u00f3n que hemos insistido en generar un espacio de intercambio abierto donde grandes maestros interact\u00faan con j\u00f3venes quienes, en un futuro, dar\u00e1n nuevos rumbos a la profesi\u00f3n y a la bienal misma.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

En la tarea y la intenci\u00f3n y voluntad de promover el dise\u00f1o gr\u00e1fico con los m\u00e1s altos est\u00e1ndares se consider\u00f3 hace unos meses atr\u00e1s conformar un nuevo consejo que respete las individualidades, el pensamiento integrador, la \u00e9tica, el valor a la propiedad intelectual y la buena pr\u00e1ctica de la profesi\u00f3n en todas sus disciplinas.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Hoy les presentamos al Consejo Internacional de Dise\u00f1o del Cartel BICeB\u00e9<\/strong> creado en febrero 2020 y a los miembros fundadores. Esperamos que esta lista de grandes profesionales y amigos, crezca con el tiempo:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

We consolidated the International Poster Design Council BICeB\u00e9<\/strong><\/span><\/h2>\n\n\n\n

Through more than 11 years of life, BICeB\u00e9 has strengthened its relations around design, and as a result of the advancement of culture and the economy. We became an essential space that combines the development of the Bolivian and Latin American visual arts, however, this was never our isolated scope or purpose.<\/p><\/blockquote>\n\n\n\n

We are a creative engine,<\/strong> and as such, we assume a responsibility linked to all the professionals who have supported us and accompanied us over time. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Within these different scenes traversed, where the BICeB\u00e9 Bolivia Poster Biennial <\/strong>has been recognized and respected for its administration and growth model, not everything has been perfect. Since November 2019, the biennial has faced unforeseeable situations. We are, perhaps, the only biennial in the world that has been hit twice in a row by situations outside of our event, however, these situations drive the conception of new environments, challenges, and projections and nothing remains more certain than us feeling more alive during this particulary process.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The human resource has been the most significant during this period<\/strong>. We have been flooded with good wishes, understanding, support, and advice from teachers, designers, and students from Bolivia and around the world. They all share the same opinion about the value in the work we do and together, we have opened a door that will benefit all those who support and follow the biennial. Without a doubt, we are tremendously fortunate to walk this path with all of you.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

BICeB\u00e9 has known since its inception that we owe ourselves to young people. They are the ones who have grown professionally with us, and nothing has been more rewarding than witnessing this process. For this reason, we have insisted on an open exchange space where great teachers interact with young people who, in the future, will provide new paths to the profession and the biennial.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Within the task, intention, and will to promote graphic design with the highest standards, a few months ago, a plan to form a new council that respects individuality, inclusive thinking, ethics, the value of the intellectual property was born. A plan where the good practice of the profession in all its disciplines will be highly valued.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Today we present the International Poster Design Council BICeB\u00e9<\/strong> and the founding members created in February 2020. We hope that this list of great professionals and friends, will grow over time:<\/p>\n\n\n\n
