La Bienal del Cartel Bolivia BICeB\u00e9<\/strong> informa a todos los amigos, dise\u00f1adores y estudiantes que, frente a los escenarios de salud y pol\u00edtico inciertos que atraviesa el pa\u00eds, ocasionados por la pandemia del COVID-19 y conflictos sociales, se ha tomado la decisi\u00f3n de postergar el evento 2019 a Noviembre 2021 fecha en la que llevaremos a cabo la celebraci\u00f3n postergada de la bienal 2019 y la nueva versi\u00f3n 2021.<\/p>\n\n\n\n Esta decisi\u00f3n ha sido analizada desde todos los escenarios en los cuales se lleva a cabo la BICeB\u00e9 y a \u00e9sta se suma la carencia de respuestas y el escenario de la cultura en el pa\u00eds. Como ning\u00fan evento similar, internacional o local, la BICeB\u00e9 ha sido afectada en dos oportunidades a escasos d\u00edas de iniciar actividades. Estas situaciones ajenas a la organizaci\u00f3n del evento y a los est\u00e1ndares de respuesta y calidad que hemos tenido en otros a\u00f1os, han exigido de todos quienes estamos involucrados, esforzarnos mucho m\u00e1s con el fin de compartirles esta decisi\u00f3n a todos quienes han puesto su fe y apoyan la BICeB\u00e9 con su participaci\u00f3n.
El evento ha invertido todos los recursos generados y apoyos en la impresi\u00f3n de las quince muestras expositivas, memorias, libros de invitados, agendas, postales y dem\u00e1s materiales que hacen el evento. Se han comprado pasajes a\u00e9reos, reservado y pagado el espacio del congreso, alimentaciones, hospedajes, etc. El 2019, la bienal se posterg\u00f3 a 5 d\u00edas antes del evento en noviembre y golpeados, volvimos trabajar para ponerla de pie con la misma fe para Abril 2020. Hoy la situaci\u00f3n ha empeorado con el tema de la pandemia y hemos sumado todos los esfuerzos de espacios, pa\u00eds invitado, colaboradores y organizaciones de cultura que saben de la seriedad del evento para poder definir lo que haremos.
En este escenario, la bienal que transita un camino dif\u00edcil, sin embargo, decide seguir adelante de pie y el trabajo voluntario de los organizadores ha tomado una nueva dimensionalidad frente al cari\u00f1o, tiempo y dedicaci\u00f3n invertidos y la respuesta de dise\u00f1adores y amigos a nivel nacional e internacional, y hoy, lo hacemos de la mano de la compresi\u00f3n de todos quienes quieren que la bienal contin\u00fae. Miramos hacia adelante y nos apoyamos en la comunidad que hemos constru\u00eddo.
Estamos trabajando sin recursos econ\u00f3micos, mas con la voluntad del mejor recurso humano. Reafirmamos que la BICeB\u00e9 est\u00e1 m\u00e1s viva que nunca<\/em>. En nuestro transitar hemos sobrellevado muchas situaciones felices, pero tambi\u00e9n tristes generadas por intereses particulares que buscan permanentemente desinformaci\u00f3n y a\u00fan as\u00ed hemos continuado sin que estos hechos sean perceptibles al p\u00fablico externo. Esto no nos rinde, nos fortalece. Entendemos que nos debemos a todos, porque la bienal la hacemos juntos<\/strong>.
Dentro de este panorama con un evento 100% terminado y en espera del momento id\u00f3neo para realizarse que nos imposibilita efectuar devoluciones, ponemos nuestro tiempo y esfuerzo en poderles dar a todos la reposici\u00f3n de un evento que esta en el coraz\u00f3n de todos desde el 2019 aunque esto signifique que debamos trabajar el doble por lograrlo.
Agradecemos a todos los inscritos por la paciencia que han tenido con las comunicaciones. Todos quienes han pagado su asistencia tendr\u00e1n un planteamiento con varias opciones, bonus, flexibilizaci\u00f3n en su inscripci\u00f3n y beneficios con alcance al 2023. A todos nuestros becados con becas enteras y medias, tambi\u00e9n les tenemos una respuesta. Nadie se quedar\u00e1 sin nuestra atenci\u00f3n. Las respuestas las iremos dando poco a poco a todos quienes escriban a partir del 17 de agosto a contacto@registro.bicebebolivia.com<\/em>, con sus datos completos de registro de inscripci\u00f3n. Las respuestas se ir\u00e1n enviando en virtud al orden de llegada.
Para finalizar la Bienal les informa que \u00e9sta situaci\u00f3n no impedir\u00e1 la continuidad del evento m\u00e1s all\u00e1 de la reposici\u00f3n mencionada. La Convocatoria Internacional de Carteles de la Bienal del Cartel Bolivia BICeB\u00e9 2021 ser\u00e1 presentada en unas semanas, abriendo la posibilidad a toda nuestra comunidad internacional de dise\u00f1o a participar de esta actividad principal. Para ello, venimos trabajando con diferentes colegas bolivianos y latinoamericanos en este anhelado hito.<\/strong>

This decision takes into account all the possible scenarios where the BICeB\u00e9 takes place, adding the lack of response and the cultural scene in the country.
Like no other event, international or local, the BICeB\u00e9 was affected twice within days of launching its activities. The external circumstances to our planning, the response, and quality standards that we accustom demanded from all of the involved a significant effort to share the decision with all of you placing your faith in us and supporting the BICeB\u00e9 with your participation.
The event invested all generated resources and sponsorships into printing the fifteen exhibition samples, memoirs, guest books, agendas, postcards, and other materials that make up the biennial. Air tickets were bought, the conference space was reserved and paid for, meals, lodging, etc. In 2019, the biennial was postponed just 5 days before the event in November, and we worked again to put it on its feet with the same hope for April 2020. Today, the situation has worsened due to the pandemic, and we have combined efforts with exhibition spaces, our guest country, collaborators, and cultural organizations that understand the seriousness of our event to define what we will do next.
In this scenario, the biennial faces a difficult road, however, decides to continue on its feet. The volunteer work of the organizers has taken on a new dimension facing the love, time, and dedication invested along with the response of designers and friends at a national and international level. Today, we move hand in hand with the understanding of all those who want the biennial to go on. We look forward and continue to lean on the community we have built.
We are working without financial resources, but with the determination of the best human resources. We reaffirm that the BICeB\u00e9 is more alive than ever<\/em>. In our journey, we had many happy situations, as well as sad ones caused by the private interests of those seeking permanently to misinform. Regardless, we continued without these facts being perceivable to the outside people. This does not waive us, but it strengthens us. We understand that we owe ourselves to everyone because together we form the biennial.<\/strong>
Within this panorama of a 100% planned event and waiting for the ideal moment to make it happen: we can’t offer returns, we put our time and effort to give everyone the rescheduling of an event that is in everyone’s heart since 2019, even if that means we have to work twice as hard to achieve it.
We thank all those who registered for their patience with the communications. All those who paid for their attendance will have several options, bonuses, flexibility in their enrollment, and benefits extensible to 2023. To all our scholarship recipients with full and half scholarships, we also have a response. No one will be left without our attention. To finalize, the Biennial informs you that these circumstances will not prevent the event from proceeding beyond the aforementioned rescheduling of activities. The <\/strong>International Poster Call of the Bolivian Poster Biennial BICeB\u00e9 2021 will take place in a few weeks, opening the possibility to our entire international design community to participate in this main activity. To accomplish this, we have been working with different Bolivian and Latin American colleagues on this long-awaited milestone.
